To introduce people to a space that was a marriage between a skincare clinic and a medispa. A place where they could come for serious skin concerns and also for a relaxing clinical facial.
Studio 318 conducted extensive research on how to position a skincare clinic like Glow which was unlike any skincare clinic currently in practice in the city. Based on our primary and secondary research, we took the position of skincare wonderland. When introducing the space, we wanted to focus on the medical expertise of Dr. Varshini Reddy and her approach to skincare as an act of self-care and self-love.
Post our customer interviews we were sure of one thing. Glow had to take a resoundingly positive stance in the realm of beauty and wellness. One that resonated with everyone.
The logo was designed to champion inclusivity and the beauty of every face. The brand's identity was born from wanting to create a relaxing and refreshing experience that countered people's insecurity or discomfort when discussing their vulnerabilities.
Glow’s instagram page was strategised to be community driven where people felt welcome to bare their skin and talk positively about themselves. A place of comfort where they could find people on a similar journey of self-care and learn more about how to take better care of themselves.
