Rebranding a real estate giant

Wanting to shift gears in their company’s journey, ACE approached us wanting a rebranding exercise that would help convey strongly and succinctly their presence in the world of Real Estate and future involvement in other parallel industries.


Not wanting to alienate ACE’s existing partners and clientele and holding onto the existing brand equity, we retained elements from the existing logo design and gave it a third dimension. The arrow denoting constant growth and ascension. A fairly neutral yet strong colour palette of red and black was chosen accompanied by a font family that resembles the existing logo font. The new identity was an evolution of the existing one just like the brand itself.
